Channel 3 Online

Every Basic package cable subscriber from Spencer Municipal Utilities can be provided with a username and password to view Channel 3 programming online...when you want! If you live outside the Spencer Municipal Utilities service area and would like to view local programming online, contact us for pricing and details.

Once you click below to go to Channel 3 online, there are several programs you can view without a login. You can just click on those videos and begin watching. In the top right-hand corner is an area to login with a username and password for all of the Channel 3 programming. To receive the username and password, please give us a call at 580.5800.
