SMU Cable TV features a great lineup of your favorite TV channels at an affordable price! Choose from Basic, Expanded Basic, Digital Cable, or Hi Def Cable packages.

SMU Cable TV is designed by Spencer residents to meet their needs. In order to give citizens a direct say in the operation of their cable TV service, Spencer Municipal Utilities has established a Cable Programming Committee. The seven-member committee is charged with the responsibility of making decisions regarding the SMU Cable TV lineup.
