As an SMU cable customer, you are able to watch TV programming anywhere!
TV Everywhere is a generic term used for the process by which a programming network makes its live feed and on-demand programming available to paying cable subscribers through Internet streaming.
Customers who already experienced this with SMU for the Olympics or BTN in 2012, will need to set up a new username or password, so all customers who want to experience TV Everywhere with SMU will need to follow the same process to get set up on the new platform.
Some of the networks currently included are: A&E, ABC, ABC Family, Adult Swim, Bravo, BTN2Go, C-Span, Cartoon Network, CMT, CNBC, CNN, Comedy Central, Disney, Disney Junior, Disney XD, diy, E!, Food Network, fyi, Golf Channel, H2, Hallmark Channel, HLN, HGTV, History, Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network, MSNBC, NBC News, NBC Sports Network, NFL Network, Nick Jr., Nick, Oxygen, QVC, Spike, Stingray Music, SyFy, TBS, Turner Classic Movies, Telemundo, TNT, Travel, truTV, USA, VH1 and WatchESPN. As more networks become available, they will be added to the list.
For more information on the process to set up, visit the watchtveverywhere.com website. When registering for the first time, you’ll need your SMU Communication’s Account number without any leading zeros. Once the main account is set up, you’ll be able to add up to three additional accounts under the main account holder.
